Game Valley Knives designs and crafts bespoke blades for cooks and adventurers. Each knife is handmade in a small Nelson workshop and makes a standout gift.
Blades are forged from premium imported steel. Handles are shaped from native and exotic timbers, bone or antler, and modern synthetics. The logo is stamped into the steel, leaving that deep, traditional carbon mark.
Enduring by Design
I make every knife myself. I design them based on what I would like and I use time honored techniques to craft them. I only use quality carbon steels and solid handle materials. Every knife is built for real use in the bush, on the boat, or in the kitchen.
I get a lot of satisfaction from doing something that people will enjoy using or gift. It is much more than just a job.
